Happy Maggies (and sad ol’ Saints)

Poor ol’ Saints fans.. Wasn’t that dismal. So sorry.

But many happy Magpies chorusing tonight. First win for the Pies since 1990. Just spoke with my brother who started following them in 1958 when they won and he was five. He then had to wait till 1990 till they won again (that is a long long time)… and another long wait for third time in his lifetime today.

Up the Maggies! and go the Saints for next time.

And don’t worry (to those who spell footy ‘footie’), this will very likely be the last sporty post for a very long time.
